By using our Site or engaging our services, you ("you," "client," "author") agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or an organization, to use our services.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our Site and to authors and clients who work with us.

  1. Publishing services — self-publishing guidance, Amazon publishing, e-book and print book publishing, printing, and distribution
  2. Design services — cover design, formatting, typesetting, e-book and print formatting, and illustration
  3. Editing services — proofreading, copy editing, manuscript editing, Scripture and Bible reference review, and spell/grammar review
  4. Marketing services — book launch marketing, author social media marketing, press release services, Amazon marketing, book promotion, author branding, podcast outreach, and church/ministry outreach

The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for your project will be detailed in an individual service agreement or proposal ("Service Agreement") provided to you before work begins. Where these Terms and your Service Agreement conflict on project-specific details, the Service Agreement controls.

Payment Terms

Projects are billed on a deposit-plus-milestone structure:

  1. A deposit is required before work begins on your project.
  2. Remaining fees are billed at defined milestones as your project progresses (e.g., after each major phase of editing, design, or marketing work is completed).
  3. Final deliverables are provided once all outstanding milestone payments have been received.
  4. We accept payment via Stripe and/or PayPal. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement
  5. Late or missed milestone payments may pause work on your project until payment is received.

Revisions

Revision rounds included with your project depend on the specific service package you've purchased:

  1. Premium packages include unlimited revisions, within the scope and creative direction of your original project brief.
  2. Other packages include a set number of revision rounds, as specified in your Service Agreement.
  3. Requests that go beyond the revisions included in your package, or that represent a substantial change in scope or direction from the original brief, may be billed at an additional rate.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times for your project will be provided in your Service Agreement based on the scope of work and our current project schedule. These are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery may be affected by factors including the complexity of your project, how quickly you respond to revision requests or provide required materials, and seasonal demand. We'll communicate proactively if we anticipate a delay.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel a project that is already underway:

  1. You will be refunded for any portion of paid fees that corresponds to work not yet completed or delivered.
  2. Fees corresponding to work that has been completed and approved by you including approved milestones, drafts, or deliverables are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@faithbridgepublishers.com.
  4. We'll provide a written summary of what's been completed, what remains, and the corresponding refund amount within a reasonable time after receiving your cancellation request.
